Sacred Practices, Accessible for All

This retreat is not about tantra or sexuality — it is about presence, breath, movement, and compassion. Every exercise is designed to be safe, non-erotic, and trauma-informed.
All couples are welcome, at any stage of relationship.

The Space

The Oakhenge Yurt Space is an intimate, circular sanctuary surrounded by trees, water, and sky. Inside, you’ll find bolsters, mats, and cozy blankets. Outside, nature holds us as we walk in silence and tie our intentions into the land.

Accessibility & Considerations

  • The Oakhenge Yurt Space is wheelchair accessible and on level ground.
  • Our trails and outdoor areas are natural and may contain some uneven terrain during the Silent Communion Walk.
  • We will be using incense for saining (energetic cleansing) as part of the retreat. If you have sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can make accommodations.

Inclusivity & Safe Space

This retreat is open to all couples, regardless of orientation, gender identity, or stage of relationship. We honour diverse expressions of love and partnership, and we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and affirming space for LGBTQ+ participants. Respect, consent, and compassion are at the heart of our community agreements.

Trauma-Informed & Choice-Centered

Every aspect of this retreat is guided by a trauma-informed approach. You will always be invited — never required — to participate. Each practice is an offering, and your choice to engage, adapt, or simply witness will be honoured. We encourage you and your partner to move at your own pace, listen to your bodies, and choose what feels right in each moment.
